Foreign Companies Registration in Iraq

Regulation for branch of foreign companies No. (2) for 2017

1. As detailed and specified in the FOREIGN COMPANY REGISTRATION Forms FCVRF-9088.

Note

1. Please send all of the above-mentioned documents to us by email before certifying them so we can review and scrutinize them at the Companies Registrar Directorate.
2. The Company's date of establishment must greater than two years.
3. The companies' financial stand must not be "loss" in their budgets.
4. If the Company has signed a contract with an official entity in Iraq, the two above-mentioned points shall be inapplicable.
5. Does not require the director of the branch of the company to be an Iraqi or foreign resident in Iraq.
